Hi John and everyone else...it's been a week or two since I stopped in, just busy, but hey, I got to missing all of you and decided to see what you were up to (or more appropriately DOWN TO). I am now down 31 pounds (Whew!!) Still "sugar free" and still working out. I guess the hardest part now is that I tend to "think" about snacking and it makes me jittery. I have worked so hard since Feb. 1 and I can't imagine blowing it now but it sure seems like such a slow process. I realize that at 46 I can't lose as fast as I did at 21 but that doesn't make it any less frustrating. Just wanted to share my "SUCCESS" with you all and will look forward to hearing from you about how you are doing. <IMG SRC="smilies/tongue.gif" border="0">
