i used to be 145 and then i got down to 135. about 2 months ago i was up to 140. so i decided to do the 21 day challenge and i am proud to say that i am back sown to 135 again! no i have a mini goal, i want to get down 130 in 2 weeks. i know that it is possible and i am ready to work my butt off! :laugh:
