Hi Everyone!:D
I binge almost everyday. I always binge on the same things, chocolate and dessert foods, like donuts, cake, etc. I realized that I cannot even eat these foods in moderation. It just doesn't work for me. So I promise to give up these foods until, at least, May 31st. Anyone up for the challenge with me? I think this is the only way I can reach my weight loss goal. With this challenge I will also exercise at least 5 days a week. If anyone wants to join this challenge, let me know, it'd be great to have buddies going through the same struggle at the same time.
