Melissa, the answer i see before me is take your own food, if needed take a small cooler in your car and pack lowfat sandwich with no mayo or light mayo, make good choices, fruit, veggies(raw if need be) bring some lowfat popcorn to snack on break,

what time is your regular dinner time ?
Like judith says, a cooler packed with some food of your own choice, I can see what you mean about the sandwiches v pizza, what about cold chicken, with salad. like a picnic basket.
Take care

i usually eat before i leave for work then we get a break to eat around 8:30 9:00 depending on how bus we are. if we stay busy all night we just are allowed to snack in between deliveries. i'm not sure what kinda diet i need to be on. at work i do alot of walking so i dunno if i want a low fat or a low carb diet to try and loose weight. ( this whole diet thing is new to me i've never been serious about loosing weight till afew days ago)
i'll see what i have to pack in my lunch today but imight need to go to the store tomorrow and do some grocery shopping
peace
