Hope everyone enjoyed honoring their fathers on June 15th.

Our discussion was a testimonial of sorts of where we thought we were slipping in our journey to lose at the fastest rate we can in a healthy way. We also discussed our exercise routines and if they needed changes to enhance our losing.
We began the trip at milemarker 690.5 this week.
