Hi, i'm a 16 year old girl...you can call me lana. this is my first time on the board...i weigh 160 pounds and am 5'5'', which isn't obese but more than a little overweight. And it's ALL fat because i never work out. (i'm going to start though, i just joined a gym today) I really want to lose 30 pounds by the time i start junior year in september. I've never really given much thought to my weight, but this year i've gained 40 pounds...yes, forty extra pounds of pure blubber. I tried on my old bathing suit today...My body is really starting to depress me. i mean, i'm only 16 and already have saddlebags and massive cellulite...my body looks like a middle aged women's. The worst part is my pot belly...although i'm not obese ALL my fat goes there....my parents actually were worried that i was pregnant last week. I'd just like someone to talk to, because my "heaviest" friend weighs 120 pounds, and i'm embaressed to even let my friends know how much i weigh, let alone ask for their help in weight loss.
