I have found that when ever I am on the computer or have a few moments to myself, I have been placing sented candle my favorites are the orange and peach smells all around the computer....Day or night...It really does relax you. I once thought it was a very very silly thing to do but I try to have one lit around me even wacthing TV it seems to make me feel better....Just a thought..GREAT BIG HUGGY WUGGYS :) :D

The lavender scented ones really help too and cinnamon....

I love to keep one of those candle/airfreshener things with me at all times. I don't light it. Just smell it and think happy nonfood thoughts. :)

Mattie, I love your suggestion! I think scents can be nourishing, real assets to our weight-loss programs. My faves are mango/mandarin room spray in the summer, and cinnamon-stick spray in the winter. Smelling pleasant scents can really "calm down" my appetite sometimes, too. Good going:)
