Well pool and tredmill and following my plan, I am down an even 20. Now I know I wont be doing that anymore. I always lose GREAT the first 2 weeks espcially since it has been sooo long since I lost. Thing is I still dont feel the change and YES thats normal BUT I got pissed I thought maybe I could fit into those size 4 jeans...LOL Today I will change alittle of what I am doing and should maintain a steady loss.....So, now to let anyone interested know this will be a green week..LOTS of salads and that kinda stuff.....It just seems to work good for me.I still have a long way to go and with they way my mind is I will get there....This time there is one thing different...I have to keep telling myself slow and steady..I expect results right now...mostly becaus I am so mad at me for stopping such a good thing..I feel better exercising and like a dope stopped doing it....OH well gotta go pool and treadmilll calling my name.....GREAT BIG HUGGY WUGGYS TO YOU ALL!
