Here are some extra things ive been doing to keep moving more..


1. when i do laundry i take it to the living room and throw it on the floor ( yes i throw clean laundry on the floor) and then i bend down to pick up each piece standing and then fold it and bend back down to put it in the basket on the floor

2. I like to watch tv at night and ive started going up and down the stairs during commercials or do some kind of exercise or I pick up 10 things off the floor .... results is.. im moving not snacking during comercials and my house is getting cleaned

3. If your a smoker.. leave your smokes as far away as possible that way if your at the TV or computer or anywhere else u have to walk to get one each time.


4. Take a deck of cards and throw them around the house (its FUN teehee) and then go around and pick each one up one at a time and squeeze your tummy as u do it.

5. Pick one wall to wash every second day and keep your tummy squeezed as much as possible.

6. When unloading the groceries.. dont fill your hands till your practically losing everything... take one bag at a time so u have to make more trips.

wait! are you my son in law??? lol..they put clean laundry on the floor also...no, wait! they never pick up anything off the floor so you must be someone else!! lol...

great tips for staying active..i do something slightly dif regarding bringing groceries in from the car..i load as many plastic bags on my arms as i can and im always pleased w my strength when i can bring in a lot..i used to only be able to bring in $40 worth but now i can bring in $60, $80, or more..and im not just talking about the cost of groceries being higher lol...:D
