you might be interested in this. Randalls grocery stores, or depending on where you live in Texas may be called Vons, Pavillions, Carrs, Tom Thumb, Dominicks or Genuardis is now carrying a ground beef called Texas Longhorn Beef (is only SOMETIMES carried at the meat counter where you have to have it weighed) and its great! It's all natural because the cattle are free to graze as opposed to being placed in a commercial feed lot for fattening which is where you get most of your fat in other hamburger meats. No hormones or antibiotics are used. This is the nutritional info:
