Have I lost it, yes I think I have. I'm happy with myself because ... although I bought a chocolate donut hole this morning when in the store, I didn't eat it, but after walking half a block with it in my bag, I fed it to some birds.
OK so my world is kind of small, but each victory no matter how tiny :o

Actually I think that is a great victory. Maybe not on the scale of winning World War II, but still great!!!
Congratulations, and I bet the birds are happy, too.

Hey vtmom13,
Girl....I think that is totally awesome. But JoJo, I have to disagree with you on how huge of a victory it is. Not too many people can buy a donut hole with the intention of eating it and then feed it to the birds. Vtmom13, I bet you felt like you had won the war. When in the grocery store, I had put a Resee Cup in my buggy with all intentions of gobbling it up as soon as I got to my car. But I put it back on the shelf. I too was so damn proud. I might not have won the war on food yet, but that is one battle accomplished. Keep up the awesome work vtmom13. And JoJo, no hard feelings please, I just know the war on food is a lot harder to win than WWII was!!!!
All my love,
Ashley

Way to go ladies. I also avoided a fast food breakfast. I remeber how my binge started that way and I am still cramping.

Ashley is absolutely correct. I withdraw my comment re: WWII.
It is sackcloth and ashes for me for the whole day as I spend it in repentance. :D
