I just lost another pound, but how can I keep up the trend since I have been at a standstill for the past two weeks? Is my walking alone enough or should I incorporate the exercise videos with it? I'm just not sure which course of action is best.:ex:

Well alternating between exercise can keep your body on its toes. Also make sure you aren't getting hidden calories that could be holding you back. Such as, eyeballing portion sizes, salad dressing, snacks you aren't counting.

Yep, I'd do both the walking and the videos, our bodies can benefit from crosstraining.
And if you aren't measuring your portions, its easy to "eyeball" the wrong amount. I cannot do the thumb = X, a fist = Y thing, I have to actually measure out my foods in tablespoons, teaspoons, cups, etc or I'm not accurate. Also if you're not logging your food in a journal either online or on paper, its easy to forget popping snacks in your mouth.
So I'd go for both forms of exercise, variety will keep exercise fresh and fun, and if you aren't logging your food, maybe give some thought to it just to verify that you're eating in the range you think you are. :)

Great advice. That just about covers everything I was going to say!
