Don't you think that those huge breadsticks w/ melted chocolate & marshmellows should be made illegal?!
I'm trying desperately to avoid getting the freshman 15, but my roomates keep on dragging me to get these horribly enticing, awfully BIG stuffed breadsticks! It's awful! And I can't even go to the lib. to escape the junkfood because I don't want to be considered a 'super nerd'.
I would start the day eating healthy, right on my plan, happy & contented as I can be. Yogurt & milk for breakfast, chicken & salad (no dressing) & milk & 1 cookie for lunch. Grapes & some crackers for a snack. Fish & some potatoes & cooked veggies for dinner ... then ....
11:00pm -- oooooo boy.... I groan thinking about all that nutella that went into me!
It's just that you work so incredibly hard to get to where you are, and it's so easy to gain it back again. 8-|
So I suppose this is just a rant post. Thanks for putting up with it.
