I just bought a product called Metabo-Stix. These are supposed to measure the ketones in your urine. It says that it is good for low carbers.

Here is what it says on the back of the box:
"THINZ MetaboSTIX Fat Metabolism Test Strips are a fast, simple and convenient way to determine if you are metabolizing fat. When the body metabolizes fat, often referred to as "fat burning", substances called ketones are produced and present in the urine. One specific ketone is acetoacetic acid. Testing for this ketone in the urine with THINZ MetaboSTIX can confirm your body is metabolizing fat."

Has anyone used this product and if so, how did it work? I havent used it yet, because the instructions are to use it after the 1st 2 days of the diet, which for me will be tomorrow morning.
