Hi

I just finished reading Dr.Phils book a few days ago. I have to say it was the best $$ ever spent on myself!

I don't have a lot of money and when I seen the price of it, I almost did not get it, but a friend of mine from here at DT had highly recommend it to me - so I did buy it.

It changed me!!!!! :)

If you are really ready to face the truths about your weight issues and find ways to reslove themm this is a great book!

I did have to read some sections over and over again to fully grasp what he was saying - not because it is "deep" but because his thoughts/advice were none like I had ever heard before.

Welcome to DT :D

If you are ready to face the issues that are making you fat, you would benefit from the book. If you think dealing with the underlying causes of overweight is mumbo jumbo, then save your money. It is excellent, especially when you actually do the exercises.
