I was just curious if anyone is doing or has done LA weightloss, and has any of the bars they make you buy? I just wanted to know the nutritional value on one of them. I used to have a copy, but don't anymore. Preferably the PB ones, but just want to see in general how many fats, calories, carbs etc. If anyone does I would appreciate the info.
