Hey all, I was just wondering exactly how to measure inches? I am always hearing to go by inches and not weight.. but where exactly do you measure at? stomach ... legs?? Anyone have any advice? Thanks!

Usually most people will take the fullest part of the chest, waist (upper part of the stomach), hips (lower part of the stomach), upper thighs, and upper arms and some people will take it a little further and take calves, lower arm, wrist and even neck. So its all up to you. Personally, I go by inches and weight, but there was a time where the inches were coming off and the pounds were being added to the scale because I was using weights. Good Luck.
