I've never had bad acne or anything, but my skin is "difficult." Oily, dry, blotchy, you name it. I know a lot of people will tell you that the quality of your skin has nothing to do with the food you eat, but for me that's just not true. My skin responds SPECTACULARLY to a healthy diet!
So anyway, in my e-mail inbox I got this list of 50 healthy foods that are supposed to help your skin, and thought I might share it with you. I know most of you aren't teenagers any more, but that doesn't mean you can't benefit!
