I could site a thousand reasons why I am still around at the same weight. Frankly why put the blame on something else. I am the one who is trying to justify my lack of willpower. Ashame I am and there is no reason other than this. Alone no one could do it, we need support and there is nothing else. Whith prayers and support only we will do it.
