I am so glad they pointed out you can't spot reduce weight. Now hopeful will stop whining about that.
With all due respect to Sukala I disagree unless Im mis-reading
and what's being stated is exercise_alone won't achieve it.
Based on nothing more then what my own body has done over
the course of the last 38 days. Not scientific by any stretch but
my reality has been a most definate target of the fat located
around my abdomen as compared to other areas.
Normally it's the very last to go. With the modified Atkins SB don't
eat white food thing I'm doing weight and inches have been lost
with the majority, below the belly button. Secondary ribcage.
Didn't Jama or someone come out a little while ago and mention
something about this?? That up until now the thought had always
been there's no such thing as targeting spot fat reduction but now
there's re thinking based on some of the newer diet plans.
*sigh* I can't remember where I saw it. But am almost
sure it was a respected publication and not someplace trying to
sell something. *g*
