Hi everyone! I just finished this book called "Feel Good Naked" by Laure Redmond. She has a site at feelgoodnaked.com. Anyway, the book has 10 changes you can do that will make you nurture and feel good about yourself but at the same time improve your body. It suggests the usual things like "don't eat in front of the tv" or "drink lots of water" but it also stresses the importance of "downtime" and conscious breathing. There are also stories about other women's weight/fitness related problems and how they were able to deal with them. This is a very insightful book and I highly recommend following the advice in it in addition to better eating and exercise habits.
