Hi, I have another challenge we could do! I have been doing this for awhile, and am wondering if anyone wants to join me :) Here goes:

It is quite simple, just drink as much water as you can really. Make a goal of how many litres (cups, etc) of water you would like to drink a day or week, or even a month. Then just drink! You can post your progress.

I will post my goal, as soon as I get it, I have to figure out how much my water bottle holds :)

My goal for this week (2/18-2/25) is to frink at least 64 oz of water a day, which is...... around 450 oz. WOW! lol

I had 3 litres of water the other day, not my best, but atleast I am drinking it! Yesterday I had about 5 litres, and today I have had (so far) 2 litres. He he!

This sounds like a great idea, I'm going to try for five water bottles a day. I don't know how many liters that is but I will look and post it later. Good luck everyone! Amy

I am having a hard time figuring out how much water I am drinking, as I will drinking it reading then fill it up, and I often forget how many times I filled it up. lol, Hope everyone is having better luck than I am!

I just started going crazy with two days ago. I'm not sure how much its been so far, but it's doubled my trips to the bathroom, LOL. ok too much info, i know. i've been carrying a 20 ounce bottle around and refilling it about 3 times a day. at least i'm trying :-D

I know, me 2!!! I have to stop drinking at about 7:00pm at thew latest, or I will be busting the whole night :P lol.

I have been doing quite, I have been filling my water bottle atleast 4-5 times a day. We've had to refill our water cooler(we get bottled water, the tap water is really gross here, lots of sulpher) a lot more than usual.

I have become water crazy... I drink probably 8 bottles a day. I really do have to pee a lot though; people are starting to worry :D
