:) I just joined this site and this is my first post so hello to u all. I started losing weight 2 years ago when i was fifteen and about 5 months. My starting weight was 14 stone 6 pounds so i had a lot of work to do. I started a diet plan that i made myself and when i had lost a couple of stone i joined the gym. I did this for the rest of the year and when i came sixteen i weighed 9 stone 10 pounds. I felt great i was the weight i wanted to look good and be healthy. I was able to eat what ever i wanted and dident put on any weight because i was having healthy meals and going to the gym. But then came my gcse exams and while i was studying for them i was eating tons of chocolate and fizzy drinks the works and worst of all i stopped going to the gym that was a big mistake. Well now i am right back were i started i hate it i weigh 16 stone 4 pounds and am now starting back on my diet and believe me u dont have the same motavation the second time round but i will lose the weight again, well i have to because i have my brothers wedding to go to in 7 months and i want to be back to 9 stone for it. So that is my story lol and hello to everyone :D .
