Hi DT'ers,
I just found something really cool at Barnes and Nobles for those of you who like to keep a food journal. It's a Food and Fitness journal that is is a ring bound book that measures 5 x 8.5. There is a place in the front to write down your goals and plans and put "before" and "after" pictures. Then on each page of the actual journal there are places to write down everything you eat, the times you eat, your water intake, your exercise, your medications, and more. If you are interested in checking it out you can go to dietminder.com. They also have some other journals like Memory Minder and Body Minder.

Enjoy!

Very Kewl Mertz. Since I'm in Canada, I checked out the chapters.ca website and they have it as well. The thing I like the best is that the book has the spiral rings. It sure would make for much easier use. I'm going to add it to my Xmas list and see if Santa will bring me one :tree:

Mertz,
Wow! thats a wonderful way to spend your money. I've only bought one book from Barnes and Nobles it was HeartBeat by Danielle Steel:) But how much does this Food and Fitness Journal cost. Because at Barnes and Nobles I would expect it to be a lot of money do you know if Walmart sales this book because Walmarts prices are more agreeable verses Barnes and Nobles prices. But thanks alot for the helpful information:D

Have a Good night Mertz

Tiana,
I'm quite sure Walmart doesn't have this book, but you could try Amazon.com. The ISBN # is 0-9637968-3-6. Or maybe you could do like LadyWendy and put it on your list for Santa :santa:
