Hi DT'ers,
I just found something really cool at Barnes and Nobles for those of you who like to keep a food journal. It's a Food and Fitness journal that is is a ring bound book that measures 5 x 8.5. There is a place in the front to write down your goals and plans and put "before" and "after" pictures. Then on each page of the actual journal there are places to write down everything you eat, the times you eat, your water intake, your exercise, your medications, and more.
