Does anyone use any diet, recipe, exercise, etc. programs for the computer to help them along the way. I keep a journal of what I eat every day and it seems there should be an easier way to keep track. Can anyone recommend any good programs?

www.fitday.com is used by a lot of people. I use www.dietwatch.com. But it has a cost associated.
I use the purchased version of Fitday.

I signed up at fitday last night. I like the site, it has some useful stuff on it. I also downloaded a recipe program that seems to be pretty good. One of my goals is to try new healthy recipes, this program makes it easier to keep track of them. Here is the link to download it if anyone is interested.

Nutirbase is a good one - it can be purchased at http://tops.org
Another good one is fitday - you can use it one their web site or you can purchase it.
I have been using nutibase for years and just purchased fit day yesterday. They are both good and I can't say which one I like the best as the both have some different features that I like.

I have been using fitday online. I like that you can keep track of what you eat, that is handy for me. A couple things I don't like, it doesn't track sugars comsumed and it does track sodium but I can find where it totals it for the day. Maybe there is a way to do these couple of things? Does anyone know?
Hi
On Fitday.com, go to reports, then Am I meeting my nutrient requirements report and that will tell how much sodium you have had for the day.

Hello Diettalk
I've heard of fitday but I've never went there to the website to see what its all about. Do they have a Message Board like this website does. Because I'm looking for any kind of support that will help me backslide and go back to my old self. So thanks I think I'm going to go check out that website later on tonight.
