I just feel so great although I have only lost 5 pounds! Knowing that is not much I feel thinner already! I feel like I did when I was younger and I didn't worry about my weight. Although, I have a long way to go, I feel like it is no longer a big problem and that I can do it without frustration cause I have started to defeat the scale!!!!!! I know that I can keep it up this time and it is all because of you all !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jenaboo,

I really know what you mean, as I am feeling the same way. I have only been working at it for a week, and the scales are already heading the right way. I feel thrilled at the loss of a couple of pounds. It's a good feeling! Let's hope it continues!

That's the spirit!!!
Bottle that enthusiasm and carry it with you through your journey!
You can do it! And you have living proof right in your own mirror!!!!

Quitting is failure. Sticking at it even if you falter now and again is absolute success! You can do it!!!!!

Any loss is a major victory. Sometimes we lose the feeling, but the best way to see that we are making headway is in our clothes. They seem to fit a bit snugger with just a few lbs extra.
You have the right attitude, keep it up.

Think of that 5 pounds as a 5-lb. bag of flour that you're no longer carrying on your hips. 5 pounds is a lot! Good for you!

you are not crazy 5 lbs in either direction can be felt. I hear for every lbs you lose it is like tajing 3lbs off your knees.
