When is the best time to weigh myself? Early morning after not eatting for 8+ hrs? Afternoon after I work out? Evening? Night before I go to bed? Which time will give me the best read-out for the amount of weight I've lost? For example--In the morning I read I've lost 5 lbs, but then later after lunch I read I've just lost 3. X-(

Another question: My scale isn't very realiable, it gives me different read-outs after just a few minutes. It gets annoying....so, which scale works well?

Happy losing weight everyone!! :D

You will get a million different answers on this one. First off I think you may need a new scale if its different after a few min. Because of eating, drinking, and exercise during the day your weight will fluctuate. If you must weight once a day - than pick the same time each day. Morning - After lunch - after dinner - doesn't matter as long as it is the same.

I weight once a week at Tops and I use that for my official weight. I do have a scale at home - I weigh once or twice a week on it just to see where abouts I am. My scale is very accuate. I have a Tanita one. You might want to measure yourself once a month as measurments and how your clothes fit will tell you way more than a scale ever will.

I'll see you lighter Emily :)
