Hey everybody! I am a newbie to these boards. I am a stay at home mom to two beautiful children. Before I got pregnant I was about 130. Now I am about 230. I am so disgusted with myself for allowing myself to get this heavy. I am interested in starting the South Beach Diet. I was just wondering if anybody else has tried it and has it worked for you. If you haven't but have some good tips for me, please send them my way. I am willing to listen.
