hi if any body lives in the uk can they tell me if there is any bread in asda that has under 69 calories persslice and less than 1% fat??

erm, i dunno but the best thing to do is look at the labels of the packets the bread come in :)

I don't know if they have it in the uk but here earthgrains makes a bread that is only 35 cals per slice. Earthgrains veg. fiber, I believe. I would love to find more low cal breads too as I love bread.

how many pieces of bread are you allowed to eat in one day??
