I found on the internet this subject, for ex. http://obesity.alistabout.info. Weight loss diets can be causes for obesity? What do you think? My wife is in a weight loss diet program and now I am worried about her.

yo yo dieting can be bad, but what can you do:(

Some diets are too extreme. It is best to lose weight slowly and to incorporate exercise in our routines. Yo-yo dieting ... fast gain and fast loss is very hard on the heart. I have read it is better to stay fat than do that.
