hi im just wonderign how many calrories are in one piece of chewing gum and how many calrories are in one soother??

I think it depends on the brand. I'd check the label, they should have nutrition facts...if not, I'd check online.

I can only answer for trident sugar free because that's the package of gum sitting in front of me, it says <5 calories. I would definitely suggest only buying the sugar free gum though.

what's a soother? a cough drop?

I like Peelu brand gum (especially peppermint and cinnamon). They have 2.5 calories per piece, but best of all they don't have artificial sweeteners in them.

I usually go with sugar free gum and like stated before it only has 5 calories. Some gums with ment flavor have a tendency to make me less hungry, so I chew them so that I am not eating as much.
