I have been trying to follow the atkins, and really miss my bread. I found some lo-carb bread once, but it was 4 times the price of regular bread and forced myself not to buy it. Tally 04-10-06, 09:38 AM I really like the weight watchers brown (whole wheat) bread, it has a very light flavor and it's nice and soft, plus 50 calories per slice you can't beat! p.s. to crisco - sorry it's not a low carb bread, there's still plenty of carbs in there! crisco 04-10-06, 09:42 AM Oh well, My problem has always been with breads. When I go off my lo carb diet, I find myself eating a whole loaf of bread! I guess if they created a carbless slice of bread, it would be called meatloaf:) bowesy2005 04-11-06, 05:09 PM the bread i got is called weight watchers brwon danish bread its well nice 44 calories per slice:D how many pieces of bread can u have a day?? and can i ask a question i did 90 kinutes in da morning on my excercise bike then went collage did 60 mins in the gym , treadmill, cross trainer and another bike, then i came home had my dinner then played football with my dads team anyway my legs back and stuff is killing me sooo much do you think i have over done it and im afraid that if i dont do my workouts and take days off from workign out that i will put weight on lol:help: |
