how many pieces of bread are you allowed in one day??
at the moment i have weight watchers brwon bread 44 calories per slice 0.5 grams of fat per slice
it depends on what other grains you're eating during the day like rice, pasta, even the little things like crackers. If you're not eating many other grains you can have more bread, but if you are eating lots of other grains you need to be having less bread. I forget the total servings per day one should have, 7 or 8 I think? Someone else here who knows more about that kind of thing can chime in.....

thats a loaded question! the answer is.......It Depends!.....Technically you are allowed to have as much as you want! nothing is stopping you! :)
But realistically it depends what your goals are. If you are just counting calories and dont care about Carbs, fats or proteins..then you can have all of your calories as Bread......IT wouldnt be the healthiest way to go...but you could do it.
the Real answer is that you can have as much as fits in with your plan. There is no Magic number.

Well a serving slice of bread is generally one slice. Therefore, you get 2 servings per sandwhich.

well i dont really eat past but sometime i have brown rice with salad for my dinner but today and tonight im really not going to be eating , rice and im already on 2 pieces of bread

I think you are concerned because it is a Carb.......Carbs Alone will not hinder Weightloss or Promote Weight Gain! Eating Too Many Will! Too Many meaning too Many calories. Regardless of wha the food is you still have to consume more calories then you burn to gain weight!
Sure there are better chioces for carbs then Bread ( At least White Bread) but bread will not Stall your weight loss or cause you to gain.
