just wondering what are the healthyest apples i heard granny smiths are the healthyest ones for you??

I thought an apple was a apple LOL I always eat Golden Delicious because I love the taste of them.

Red delicious I think are supposed to be the best...

Either way, the only ones I can really stand to eat often are the Granny Smith ones. I have such a horrible sweet tooth, so these actually help me to stay away from the bad sweets. :)
