Anyone tried this??? I am going on the south beach diet, and I thought this sounded interesting for creating a fitness program . I use to workout all the time but stopped about a year ago, I need to get "back in the program". Any feedback would be appreciated.

How much does this cost in the end?
$19.95 a month after a free 3 DAY trial.

So I am a little confused, I think. You pay 19.95 per month and do you get unlimited downloads on to your ipod, and then you get to keep what you downloaded or are you paying 19.95 a month to get a certain work out, because in that case I say buy a video from Target and use that, at least you get to see how you are supposed to do the exercise correctly and you are less likely to hurt yourself messing up from just listening to it.
It's my understanding that for $19.95 a month, you get access to daily downloads that you can save onto your ipod. You also get to pick out your "personal" trainer and design workouts based on your needs.
If you go to iTunes, you can access several podcasts for exercise and fitness and most of them are free. But, if you want something more targeted and personalized, podfitness may be for you. If you're interested, I would say do the 3 day trial and see what you think. If you like it, keep going.
