Hello Everyone!
I am new to this site and I am very excited about having some support in my dieting quest. I am 36 years old and would like to lose about 50 lbs. Currently I am around 180 or so and would like to get down to 130ish. I would like to eat healthy and watch my portions and fat content versus going on a diet like Atkins....which I have tried a number of times. This time I would like to do it right!
Any words of wisdom? I look forward to getting to know you and having your support to get me through this!
A question about working out.....I am pretty sedentary at this point however I do own a treadmill. Thoughts on how many times a week, how long and how fast I should start walking in order to aid in my weight loss? I also have a bunch of Pilates DVDs I enjoy. What would be my best bet to help shed the pounds?
