I wanted to ask you guys whether you take vitamins and/or supplements - If so, what do you take? Should I be taking a multi? B-vitamins, extra C? I have asked my Dr. before and he is so vague about it. Pretty much, he said - well if you want to....
I was just wondering if any of you out there did take vitamins/supplements and if you can tell a difference in taking them - I don't mean diet pills - I don't really believe in taking them.

I take a multi vitamin, calcium, and have recently added flax oil
This all may be in vain though.
I have heard numerous places that most vitamins on the market (since not FDA approved), have a very low absorbency rate. Even one of the top recommended daily vitamins (Centrum), only has like a 50% absorbency rate.. with most having more like 15%.
But, I sort of figure 15% is better than nothing.
I guess, if you want to spend the money there are some vitamins sold by Melaluca (I have never used this company), that have a 99% absorbency rate. But, then you have to join the club etc., etc.

I do not take them because I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamins. I try to put in my body as little chemistry as possible.
