I found this article (http://health.yahoo.com/topic/weightloss/overview/article/prevention/23299;_ylt=AnbvhRkMBwBVymDE1UQ9SabOtMUF) on Yahoo! Health that came from Prevention.com
It's really interesting! It compares how men diet versus how women diet. I am going to use some of the tips in there! It is NOT fair how they tend to find success in their diets so quickly! So lets start showing the men how it's done!
here's the link if you just want to copy it.

That's great--I always thought men were losers. :D The muscle and strength training is so much the key. So far I've only lost a few overall pounds, but my body fat percentage has really changed (and my pants are looser, muscle butts take less space than cottage cheese butts) since I started doing intense workouts that use 12 pound dumbbells. And I feel so powerful compared to before! I just got back from a flight, and was able to get my carryon luggage (stuffed with everything I own) into the overhead with no problems, no sweat, and no help! I'm definitely never going to be buff, but at least I'm stronger. And muscle burns more calories than fat, so it's a win/win: I can have more calories and not starve myself like women who don't strength train, and still steadily lose weight.

how do you turn your rear end flab into muscle. Its my largest measurement and the only place in the 25 lbs I have not lost an inch. I am so sad.

It's guaranteed that the place you don't like most is the place you lose very last! My thighs are still just as big when I started, and actually my waist/butt being slightly smaller makes them look bigger for now... 8-|
Doing a few sets of squats while holding a pair of 10 pound dumbbells won't make your butt smaller, but will make the muscles tighter, and give it a rounder "apple" appearance, thus improving the look while remaining the same size.
I gave up a lonnnnnggg time ago on my butt being big for me. Even when I was thin I had a big butt. But come on, men do like butts. So I go for the Jennifer Lopez look instead: I try to aim for roundness, not smallness. :D
