I work 10 hour shifts, and we don't get time to sit down and eat lunch, so I bring lots of snacks and grab bites here and there when I can. I've been trying to bring more fruit (berries are my favorite!) and I usually keep nuts and Luna bars at work too but I need more variety! What do you snack on that you can leave out and grab here and there throughout the day?

Tetra, I snack on fresh fruit, yogert, and granola bars. Sometimes even some dry cereal (e.g. Special K, GoLean Crunch, Raisin Bran...) out of the box.

If you get a small cooler and a few pieces of blue ice, you can carry it like a lunch and leave on desk. It will keep your hard boiled eggs cool (it's really not a good idea to leave them unrefrigerated for long in Arizona, which is where I also live), yogurt, lean cottage cheese and other light cheeses, small bottles of milk and juice, etc. ... I often carry a cooler around with these items on my day travel type days, but you can't leave them in the car with the AC off for more than an hour or so no matter how cold the ice is when you start off ... but inside a building it works pretty well.
Another good option I use is EAS carb control shakes in the aesptic pouch type "cans" or any sugar free shake in a can. These are better cool but if they don't spoil if they get warmer.
Also, look in bodybuilding and fitness mags for lots of good take-along type recipes for healthy "pancakes" (made with oatmeal, protein source, fruit, etc.) and cut in wedges and carry along ... no need for a cooler. Homemade healthy muffins made with wholesome ingredients can be individually wrapped and frozen to grab and take as a snack later ... they will thaw.
Tons and tons of options ...
