Hi I want to lose 70 more by Jan.1st 2000, wouldnt mind 80 but wont push it. I have lose 43.8 pounds so far so in the next 7 months would like to lose 10 each for the 70. Maybe we could help each other out along the way since we both are striving for larger amounts!!!

Hi, well 10 ;pound increments is a good idea,last week a bunch of us decided to chart the 10 pound increment losses as they happen it just started, join the 10 pound club(its free just a fun thing)
