Hi all:
Just wanted to update you. I'm doing very well.
I'm exercising in 2 ways:
1) Treadmill (5 days a week)
2) Homegym (6 days a week)
What I'm losing in fat is being replaced by muscle (you know... the natural fat burner), so I'm not seeing any lose in weight. Thats ok because I can tell I'm losing because my jeans don't fit as tight anymore. I still have a bit to go in my gut (where men mostly gain).
Just to let you know... I'm around here every day either answering email or updating diettalk, so don't think I droped out of site if you don't see me. I'm staying focused (or should I say susan'd <G>) and I'm being good.
