I like the catchy title on this one. You know how you can take things in more sense than one. Well this one I truly like. For I really don't fit into anything right now. Clothes wise that is...LOL Sorry John but that is me..You know my sense of humour huh??? :)

speaking of fitting into things I have gained
ugh 3 sizes since my senior prom.
My mom says driving instead of walking
and sitting all day with no PE class
leads to secretary spread
As usual she is right

Well down 1 pound end of week 1. I just hope I can lose more from my tummy than my bust
I always gain in tummy first and lose there
last. not fair.

If I could lose 5 pounds I could probably
get into all of my 16's without a girdle .
that would be so nice no more girdle lines.

Well scale still moving in the right direction lost 1 more pound. I wonder
how long before it shows as inch loss?

Hi there Tummyflab.

I think I might actually move today. As in excercise. I picked this forum because I have never been easily catagorizable. Is that a word? *shrug*

Boy. I gotta make some changes in my life. Where to start? Every thing looks overwhelming from the housecleaning to the errands to the eating/excercise thang.

Piles of stuff everywhere, including on my body. Would that I had a magic shovel.

Guess I will do something now. Stay tuned.

Oh..I am drinking water today. I promised myself that much and I'm doing it. I'll get another glas now, as a matter of fact.

Well I would not bother to weigh after
Thanksgiving but I weighed last friday
down 1/2 lb not too bad considering
all the temptation. I guess I can stick
with this after all!

Calorie curves go away!!! Why does it take
3 times longer to lose than it takes to gain?
Unfair unfair!!

Wrenn, good work on the water. I have started in again in ernest on the water and have found a way to not have to count. I fill a 2-liter bottle in the morning and make sure it is gone by early evening. That is almost exactly 8 glasses of water (3 oz. more). I think pushing water is a big helper to losing weight. I hate water and find it so hard to get in the 8 glasses a day. So far the 2-liter bottle is working for me.
