View Full Version : 9 months and getting stronger all the time

I have been eating healthy along with exercise for the last 9 months. I hit my goal weight in May. I have been bouncing around my goal weight since trying to find the right combnation to achieve this for a life time.

I have to say exercise is the missing link to what I needed in my life. I have always been over weight. Even now I am close to the high end of a healthy weight. I do have to say I am happy for the first time in a long time.

My mind set is not quite to the point of a thin person. I still think of my self as fat and needing to lose weight. I am always wondering will this be my last time.

I hope and pray it will be. I would love to hear from others and would love new idea's about healthy eating and exercise.
