Okay, I don't know if it was just me or if it was everyone, but with the holiday, I got a little off track, not bad though, but today....everything is going back to normal.
I had a stomach virus though over the past few days and haven't been really hungry, so today I had : A Bowl of Tomato soup with some crackers....and some diet soda....I am now drinking water, I haven't been drinking as much as I need to.
Hopefully the weight loss will continue. Before Thanksgiving I had lost 5 lbs....noticed today I gained 3 of it back, not to mention the curse is about to hit me GRRRRRRRRRRRRRr lol

I've learned to take scale weight with a grain of salt, and I'll tell you why:
Just prior to TTOTM it is completely usual for me to see anywhere from a 3-7# gain. I use to go nuts over this until I strarted keeping a food journal, and once you realize that it takes 3500 "extra, unburned" calories to create a 1# gain, you relax when you see these temporary gains. If you're eating is on track, and you suddenly see a 5# gain, and you can look at your journal and see you didn't overeat by 17500 calories the night before, then you know it's water/fluid retention perhaps from some food that was high in sodium(you'd be surprised at how high some foods are in sodium even when they're low fat or fat free) or from TTOTM, or even from weight training. I recently has a 7# gain when I upped all my weights by 5-10# per bodypart, I was so pumped from chest to thighs it was crazy, and when I saw that gain I almost passed out, but 48 hours later once my muscles relaxed, it was gone!?
So keep eating wisely and healthfully, and keep exercising, and your weight will come off. In the words of my dad, "Never mind slow progress, slow and steady wins the race!"

Hi Rain,
You sure came to the right place for support and frienship. I feel like the people here are my family. And I really mean that.
It's nice to meet you.:rose:
I gained 4 lbs this week because TOM is coming in a few days. Lord, do I hate TOM. We will get threw it. We will handle those awful cravings and lose the 3 and 4 lbs we gained. It's all water anyway. (Bright side LOL)
Take care.

thank you :-) It's nice to meet you too, It seem with everyone working together, it makes the weight loss, and more healthy living....a little easier....I try not to call it a diet anymore....its the way I'm gonna eat for the rest of my life......and who wants to call that....a Diet? :-)
