:lift: I did it again today....I did good with my eating habbits.......
Breakfast: Slice of wheat bread
Lunch: cup of veggie soup, 4 crackers
Dinner: Cup of veggie soup, 4 crackers
Had one glass of diet soda today.........6- 32 oz glasses of water, and 3 16 oz bottles of water
Just finished my work out....did 25 minutes of weight training, and followed by 25 minutes of crunches and lower body workouts...and 15 minutes of tae bo....besides that running around all day at work, I concider that a pretty good work out :-)

Okay, sheesh it seems like it has been forever since I've been able to get online, I have been working so hard and haven't been able to visit this site like i've wanted to.
Things are still going good, since my last post on here, I have gone to the dr, lost 15 lbs in two monts :cheer: :cheer: All together I have gone from a size 28, to a size 16, on my way down to a size 14.
Just finished working out, I feel sooooooo good, I have been keeping up with my workouts, even walking out side when the weather doesn't seem as cold...(which isn't often for that lately) Been doing ALOT of weight training which seems to be helping the weight loss along alot faster. :-) Glad to see that everyone here is still doing good, I think this has been the best place for support so far KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE WILL POWER is KEY

At this time I don't have a membership to a gym, can't really aford it right now with my rent and everything else....but I work out at home. My fiance' bought me a dumbell set where you can add or take weight off of them, so I do weight training, followed by crunches.....squats, and I through some dancing in there depending on what music I'm listening to lol...I do all of that for about a half an hour, I have a weight book that I go through for those. After I've done that for a half an hour I do tae bo for a half an hour, That's basically all I have to go on right now. I plan on joining curves when the weather gets a little better, I don't have a car right now, and it's like a 20 minute walk or a little less to get there....which is good, that would be kind of like a warm up walk. And I can't wait for the summer to come back....I walk atleast 4 miles 5 times a week during the spring summer and fall, I miss that!!!!. :-) HOpe to see everyone again soon, I'm gone for now.........

Hi Rain,
I just love the variety at the gym. I can do the same workout at home but seeing a bunch of skinny minnies working out somehow motivates me. :)
I have heard about Curves. I saw a commercial the other day. It looks like a great place to hang out and exercise! I wish I had one close by me. Sigh.
