Well I'm starting fresh tomorrow. I think that I got a little side tracked last week and I have to regroup and keep going. So starting tomorrow in my challenge I'm back to the 8 glasses of water no junk food and sizing up my portions again. I think that if I can make it through December I can do anything. Anyone with me? If so glad to have you on board.

way to set those realistic goals.
I am way into the junk food part of the challenge, that is my weakness.

Good for you Kim.
I'm on board. I am just starting WW today and am quite nervous. It's so new to me, but, like you said, if I can make it through December, I can make it through any thing.

Hello girls and welcome aboard with me. Hope we all do ok. Good luck Fleureange with WW. I found it to expensive for me anyway. I'm going to look into TOPS again. I did it along time ago and gave it up. My dietitian said that it would be a good thing to start up again. She thinks that I need help at this point at least once a week but She does not think we should be so dependent on each other so much but she said for now I should look into it.
Welcome Sarah. Hope both of you did OK with no junk food today. I did but I did not get my exercise in yet. I've got alot to do today and I have to go with the hubby and get alot done tonight because we are going out Saturday night to a family Christmas thing and then we are having company on Sunday for dinner.

I'm in, but for the exercise part. I don't eat much junk food anyway, and for me, that is not much of a challenge (no, I'm not rubbing it in!).
For me, getting in my exercise will be a challenge. Therefore, this will help me out tremendously!

Good for you pouncermom. Glad you are in. I myself have not had any time for exercise for about 2 weeks. Although Last weekend for 2 days I dragged 80 tables back and forth at the craft show, 1st setting them up and then putting them all away and taking some back to other buildings and all that stuff. I think I got some in after all. This weekend I've helped hubby change our room around to make room for new stuff. That is itself was exercise for me. Tonight is a family Christmas dinner for us. I should just have meat and veggies. I've already had bread and fruit today.
