Today I started another weight loss program.
Alright, this time i combined richard simmons wit metabolife, it's going fine. I'm gettin bigger cuz i Dine before BedTime, and stay online, typin bout my diet on this site. I dont see any difference in size, only thing i'm losing is my pride, i'm so obese i'm about to rip everything i eat out tha inside. well aight, i'm done... talk to you later, goodnight

I'm a HUGE advocate of exercise with an eating plan, so I think adding in Richard Simmon's exercise should help you see some results a little quicker than just the eating plan alone.

Richard simmons is a wonderful plan to choose.
i am on ww and its very similar to richard simmons. i have read his books and have a few of his workout tapes.

you will do fine, just follow the plan and you will see results.

Hi LargeLover and welcome to diettalk.... Have you thought about visiting the Richard simmons forums as well.. There are some awesome people in that forum doing the richard simmons... Have you incorporated exercise into your program.. Just 30 minutes is all it takes..Even if it's just walking.. You can divide it up into 3 then minute sessions a day.. If you eat at night before going to bed...come here instead..Someone is always here to help you out.. Hugs joanne :rose:
