:oThat's a mighty good resolution, AnnaW. You have done remarkably well losing those first 50 lbs. Congratulaions !

I would also like to lose a few more lbs. And I plan to work on it. Right now I am just trying to get through the holidays wihout gaining anything.

We just have to find the right program and stick to it. If it is to be it is up to me.

:D I really like that little saying you have........."If it is to be it's up to me." Boy that is the truth too!!!! Took me a long time- after so many fad diets and pills that just made me sick - to learn that lesson. Now thanks to my WW Leader I've learned the healthy way. It is working and I feel great!!!

I feel great, too. You and I can still show these youngsters a thing or two, can't we?

Have a Merry Christmas !

Anna, that is so GREAT! I would give anything to be able to get this 30 pounds off!

I did the WW about 2 yrs. ago, but I just did not like the calculating of the points! :( I figured it is basically a low calorie plan, so I must get my self together and decide either on Counting calories or carbs?

I am so glad WW has worked for you! I am so proud for you!:D
