So here is the deal, hubby and I are going on a cruse in April, I have always dreamed of going on a cruse, and I won one, a 3 night cruse to the Bahama's. So I am reinforcing all weight loss attepts. I am still losing to get healthier, and live longer, but I am going to put more effort into my endeveors. Like right now I just don't eat bread, doghnuts or other foods high in carbs, but I am going to exercise and all to get the fat rolling off of me.:ex:
I am very excuted about the trip, and I know I will have fun no matter what.
I am working on a plan; tossing around maybe streaching or yoga type exercise 4 days a week and areobic type 3 days a week for now. I don't want to start to heavy, because I do not want to burn out. That is what I learned with my dieting, I started slowly and have had the courage to elimitate more things as I have gone along.
