*1/2 lb. boneless, thincut Pork Loin Chops
*Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder--to taste
*1 Tbsp. reduced-fat Mayonaise
*2 tsps. Dijon Mustard
*4(8")fat-free Flour Tortillas
*1 cup torn Spanish Leaves
*1 small Cucumber,diced
*1 medium Tomato,chopped
*Celery Salt,optional
Sprinkle both sides of pork lightly w/salt, pepper & garlic powder. Coat a large skillet w/cooking spray. Heat over med-low heat. Cook pork 2 mins. per side until browned. Remove from skillet & let cool. Cut pork into thin strips. Combine mayo & mustard in small bowl. Spread on one side of each tortilla. Top w/pork, spinach, cucumber & tomato. Season to taste w/pepper & celery salt, if desired. Fold in sides of tortilla & roll up to enclose filling lay seam side down & serve.
